The Eddi Apartments will be a 202-unit rental community that will serve as a vital part of a master-planned, fully integrated Pentagon Village. Located at Highway 100 and 77th Street intersection in Edina, Minnesota, The Eddi will offer market-rate and workforce housing with 10 percent of units at 50-percent area median income.

In partnership with Solomon Real Estate Group, the six-story structure will be constructed with five stories of RISE-manufactured modules over a one-story concrete podium. Units will be a mix of studio, alcove, one- and two-bedrooms. There will be an attached 142-stall tempered parking garage and access to an additional 100-plus stalls in the adjacent parking garage servicing Pentagon Village.

The Eddi will also feature luxury-living amenities including: a dynamic lobby with co-working stations; a clubroom with spaces to entertain; a fitness center complete with machines and a yoga studio; a dog run and dog-washing station; secure bike storage and maker’s space; and an amenity deck with an outdoor pool.
