The Eddi Apartments will be a 202-unit rental community that will serve as a vital part of a master-planned, fully integrated Pentagon Village. Located at Highway 100 and 77th Street intersection in Edina, Minnesota, The Eddi will offer market-rate and workforce housing with 10 percent of units at 50-percent area median income.
In partnership with Solomon Real Estate Group, the six-story structure will be constructed with five stories of RISE-manufactured modules over a one-story concrete podium. Units will be a mix of studio, alcove, one- and two-bedrooms. There will be an attached 142-stall tempered parking garage and access to an additional 100-plus stalls in the adjacent parking garage servicing Pentagon Village.
The Eddi will also feature luxury-living amenities including: a dynamic lobby with co-working stations; a clubroom with spaces to entertain; a fitness center complete with machines and a yoga studio; a dog run and dog-washing station; secure bike storage and maker’s space; and an amenity deck with an outdoor pool. Pentagon Village Apartments will also fully integrate with nearby local and regional parks and trails, public art and gathering spaces, retail shops and restaurants of the larger Pentagon Village development.
