Kinseth Hospitality is a successful hospitality developer specializing in small-city hotels throughout the Upper Midwest. As an active Hilton and Marriott franchisee, Kinseth had been encouraged to try volumetric modular construction; however, no suppliers could efficiently provide services to the locations where they build. Then RISE Modular opened its doors in 2019, and the opportunity to try modular presented itself.

The stars further aligned with an ideal project in an ideal location. Kinseth and RISE are partnering to build a Home2 Suites in Owatonna, Minnesota, a small city of 26K located at the intersection of Interstate 35 and Minnesota Highway 14, and the hometown of RISE’s manufacturing facility — the jobsite is only 1.2 miles away!

The Home2 Suites is an extended-stay hotel by Hilton Hotels that features in-suite kitchens, an indoor pool, a business center and meeting rooms.
