Pentagon Village Apartments will be the first multi-story, multi-family building at the master-planned development
(EDINA, MINNESOTA) RISE Modular, Solomon Real Estate Group and Hillcrest Development, LLLP announce the groundbreaking of Pentagon Village Apartments, a 202-unit rental community that will be a vital part of the master-planned, fully integrated Pentagon Village. Located at the intersection of Highway 100 and 77th Street in Edina, Pentagon Village Apartments will offer market-rate and workforce housing with 10 percent of units at 50-percent area median income.

Pentagon Village Apartments will be a six-story structure constructed with five stories of RISE-manufactured modules over a one-story concrete podium. Units will be a mix of studio, alcove and one- and two-bedroom apartments. There will be an attached 142-stall tempered parking garage and access to an additional 100-plus stalls in the adjacent parking garage servicing Pentagon Village.

Pentagon Village Apartments will also feature luxury-living amenities including: a dynamic lobby with co-working stations; a clubroom with spaces to entertain; a fitness center complete with machines and a yoga studio; a dog run and dog-washing station; secure bike storage and maker’s space; and an amenity deck with an outdoor pool. Pentagon Village Apartments will also fully integrate with nearby local and regional parks and trails, public art and gathering spaces, retail shops and restaurants of the larger Pentagon Village development.

In addition to serving as the module manufacturer, RISE will be the general contractor and co-developer with Solomon Real Estate Group for Pentagon Village Apartments. Cuningham is the project architect. Solomon and Hillcrest are the development team for the greater Pentagon Village. The project team anticipates a twelve-month construction and expects to welcome residents late Spring 2023.
