Stephani brings 30 years of experience as an attorney specializing in commercial real estate and construction to her role at RISE. As General Counsel, Stephani oversees and manages the provision of all legal services to the organization. She offers counsel to ensure compliance and limit risk exposure to the company while offering creative solutions to complex issues. As Chief Administrative Officer, Stephani manages the company’s Administrative and People Operations teams, providing business and strategic planning and collaborating with company leaders to implement policies and develop operational improvements. Stephani thrives in the innovative start-up of RISE, and she appreciates how genuinely interested and invested the entire employee team is in its success.
