Lance brings his 30 years of hands-on construction to his role as Production Supervisor at RISE Modular. He is responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of industrial production processes. Lance appreciates the opportunity to guide employees, attack challenges and put ideas into action with his team. He is a proud veteran and was a participant in the show “Extreme Makeover” as a part of the building team!
