Wayne brings more than 30 of modular construction to his role as Rise Plant Manager. He was instrumental in mobilizing the plant and helping to hire experienced employees for each station. Today, he oversees the daily plant production and employee development. Wayne creates policies, procedures and means and methods to encourage efficiency while ensuring both the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained within the manufacturing environment. Wayne also installs programs for employees to maximize their skills within their positions and oversees their cross-training to ensure the most effective plant production.
