Sean brings more than 20 years in the modular business to RISE. His has a depth and breadth of experience in all aspects of the process including conceptual design, design development, manufacturing, site preparation, installation and final close-out. As Director of Modular Project Management, Sean develops and oversees the execution of the manufacturing project plan and executes the contract according to that plan. This includes creating both the budget and schedule from project bidding to certificate of occupancy. Sean enjoys being able to put his expertise to work within RISE’s fast-paced environment. He appreciates working with a team of talented people in a place where there is still more to learn each day.
