Ryan comes to RISE with hands-on experience in both the office and field as a general contractor and subcontractor. He feels this background helps him to be a more effective Project Manager for RISE. He engages well with subcontractors because he thoroughly understands the construction process. Ryan plans the onsite construction including negotiating subcontracts, securing building permits and ensuring the project stays on budget and schedule. He enjoys breaking down the complexities of a project into manageable tasks for the RISE team to execute.
