From affordable, senior and market-rate rentals to historic rehabilitation and luxury condominiums, Mark’s passion for placemaking has contributed to the vibrancy of communities throughout the metro.
As Vice President of Development, Mark oversees the origination of all RISE development projects from land selection and acquisition to city approvals, entitlements, community engagement and proforma development. As a long-time developer, Mark appreciates the modular delivery system for its cost certainty and its schedule reliability, which is especially important when renters are promised an occupancy date.
