Mark always strives to keep a positive attitude. That has served him well as he transitioned from teaching to electronics manufacturing to the modular construction industry. As an Assistant Superintendent for RISE, Mikes helps the Senior Superintendent manage and mobilize the field team while ensuring a clean, safe and productive environment on the job site. He enjoys working with a wide variety of people from the project management team, the manufacturing team and the subcontractors on the jobsite. This includes overseeing the site and foundation work, ensuring an efficient mod-set and installation, making final building connections, and achieving the quality necessary for final occupancy and building turnover. Mark’s 25-plus years in manufacturing management, coaching and mentoring greatly benefit his client and the RISE team.
