As Director of Factory Support Services & Process Manager, Heather leads a team of drafting professionals at RISE Modular’s manufacturing facility to ensure the quality, timeliness and accuracy of the shop drawing process. She is responsible for pipeline management and planning, conformance review, quality analysis, risk and compliance management and employee development. Heather brings more than 20 years of modular experience to her role, working closely with state inspectors from plan submittal to inspections. Heather loves looking out her office window to watch a building come together.
