As a Senior Developer, Charley is responsible for a variety of development activities across RISE’s multifamily portfolio, including site selection and feasibility analysis, securing entitlements and project financing, managing project design, construction, delivery to market, and ultimately asset disposition. He is inspired by the RISE team and the innovative product they’re delivering to the market. Charley brings more than eight years of development experience to RISE and has participated in the development of more than 800 apartments and more than 250,000 square feet of retail throughout the Midwest.
