As an Estimator for RISE Modular, Andy works with owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors and our internal teams to create estimates for projects throughout preconstruction. He is involved from the early napkin-sketch level of the project through the final design before the project transitions to production. Andy has worked in the construction industry for ten years as both an estimator and a project manager on a wide variety of project types. He enjoys working with the owner and architect to tackle the unique challenges that each project presents. Andy also likes seeing a project grow from a concept to a full-fledged project being built in the factory and then shipped and set at the jobsite.
