As Director of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler (MEP), Adrian oversees the successful installation of all systems within each module built on the manufacturing floor. He ensures that all the connections are in the correct place so that once each module is installed, the onsite contractor can safely and easily connect to the building’s MEP and fire systems. Adrian has been in commercial construction most of his life, starting with pushing a broom and taking out the trash, advancing to foreman and superintendent in the field, and then to an MEP project manager for multifamily projects. He enjoys the problem-solving of his role and the fun people with whom he works.
