Located in North Minneapolis, Miro Apartments was designed to bring together high-quality housing, sustainability and opportunity in one transit-oriented, mixed-use building. The seven-story development includes 127 apartments along with retail and commercial space, helping expand both market-rate and workforce housing opportunities within the Harrison neighborhood.
As the largest modular multifamily development in Minneapolis, Miro showcases how off-site construction can accelerate project timelines while maintaining strong design and long-term community impact. Built using five stories of RISE-manufactured volumetric modular units over a two-story concrete podium, the development reflects a modern approach to creating efficient, scalable housing solutions.
