In his role as Vice President of Field Operations, Mike oversees all jobsite activities including transportation, staging and the setting of the modules, mobilizing and managing the field team, and ensuring overall safety and quality control. One of Mike’s great talents is finding efficiencies and defining best practices for a more effective field installation of modules from the plant. He is well respected as a mentor for superintendents as well as an effective leader within the company and on the jobsite. Mike works hard to ensure a great building experience and a beautiful end product of which everyone on the project team can be proud. He appreciates being a part of the RISE Modular legacy, leading the way to a more innovative, sustainable and reliable construction process.
