Keegan takes great pride in his team’s success and in witnessing them learn, grow and improve. As a Senior Superintendent for RISE, Keegan manages and mobilizes the field team while ensuring a clean, safe and productive environment on the job site. He enjoys collaborating with the project management, modular design/manufacturing and job site teams to deliver a successful finished product. This includes overseeing the site and foundation work, ensuring an efficient mod-set and installation, making final building connections, and achieving the quality necessary for final occupancy and building turnover. Keegan brings nine years of experience building multifamily and hospitality projects in the metro area including hotels, apartments, condominiums and remodeling.
