Troy brings more than 25 years of experience and deep expertise in modular construction to his role as Senior Vice President of Product and Preconstruction at RISE Modular. A respected industry advocate and educator, he leads product and preconstruction efforts while working closely with clients, design professionals and internal teams to maximize the efficiencies of offsite construction across a wide range of project types and markets. Drawing on extensive experience in design coordination, manufacturing, quality assurance, logistics and project delivery, Troy helps bridge the gap between traditional construction and modular manufacturing.
