Troy brings more than 20 years of experience and deep expertise in modular manufacturing to his role as Vice President of Design and Modular Project Management at RISE. A well-known and respected modular industry advocate and educator, Troy’s primary focus is collaborating with clients and design professionals to bridge the gap between traditional construction practices and offsite manufacturing needs. Before module production, he oversees all preconstruction activities and serves as the design liaison to ensure the client’s design drawings translate seamlessly into the modular assembly-line process. This includes managing RISE’s factory support drafting team as they finalize design details and create final production drawings. Troy’s focus and attention to detail have proven invaluable for driving projects of all shapes and sizes through the manufacturing and site assembly process.
