Passionate about continuous improvement, Rebekah is committed to building a culture where safety is integrated into every aspect of the business through education, accountability, and innovation. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience across construction, manufacturing, power generation, and healthcare, she empowers employees with the knowledge and confidence to work safely while supporting RISE Modular’s commitment to quality and excellence.
