Ned joined RISE Modular as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in real estate development, architecture and strategic market leadership. He leads the company’s market strategy by refining its value proposition, expanding into new markets and developing innovative solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs. Previously, Ned served as Director of Development at Greystar, leading development operations in Minneapolis and delivering more than 2,000 multifamily homes across three metropolitan markets. A licensed architect (AIA), he combines design and development expertise with a passion for innovation, sustainability and advancing modular construction.
