Jeff Winter leads the People team at RISE Modular, bringing more than 20 years of human resources experience in manufacturing environments, from startups to established industry leaders. He develops talent strategies, supports a positive employee experience and leads initiatives that help employees succeed as the company grows. Before joining RISE full time, Jeff served as a consultant, where he gained firsthand insight into the company’s vision, collaborative culture and long-term potential. Passionate about developing people, he is most proud of helping individuals achieve career milestones while building programs and processes that support RISE’s continued growth and long-term success.
