Christian founded RISE Modular in 2019 when he began building a team of commercial real estate and offsite construction experts from all over the country and overseeing the construction of Minnesota’s first commercial volumetric modular facility. As CEO, he leads an integrated team of development, manufacturing, construction and administrative professionals to provide custom-designed, development-driven projects for clients. With a vision to become the best multifamily and hospitality manufacturer in the country, Christian leads RISE Modular’s strategic direction and development projects while ensuring RISE successfully delivers the full benefits of modular to its clients.
