Neil comes to RISE with 20 years of residential construction experience working as a superintendent, quality control manager, estimator and project manager. As a Project Manager at RISE, Neil plans the onsite construction including negotiating subcontracts, securing building permits and ensuring the project stays on budget and schedule. He enjoys the satisfaction of a completed project and seeing how it makes a positive difference in people’s lives.
