Jen really loves the teamwork and collaboration at RISE Modular. Seeing how all the pieces of the project come together in the end and knowing she was a part of it is a great source of satisfaction for her. As a Factory Support Drafter, Jen uses Revit and other technical softwares to convert architecture and engineering drawings into shop drawings for each individual module constructed on the production floor. Jen has been in the construction industry for 15 years, and she enjoys that at RISE, she is learning new things and expanding her skills all the time.
