Jalen loves being a part of the drafting team and collaborating to come up with the best, most efficient way to approach a project. As a Factory Support Drafter, Jalen uses Revit and other technical softwares to convert architecture and engineering drawings into shop drawings for each individual module constructed on the production floor. While Jalen is new to the industry, he feels that it fits him well and while he still has a lot to learn, he appreciates the daily successes he experiences at RISE.
