As Senior Factory Support Specialist, Heather leads the Factory Support Drafting team, training and developing employees to execute RISE projects for production. She supports her team by managing the shop drawing schedules, alleviating roadblocks and providing software support. She likes being part of a new and innovative company that encourages more green and efficient methodologies for the construction field. Heather brings more than seven years of drafting and software administration experience to her role and is proud of the Factory Support team’s accomplishments.
