As a Factory Support Drafter for RISE, Grant enjoys working with his fellow drafters and problem-solving together as a team. He enjoys seeing multifamily housing and hospitality projects evolve from blueprints into models into modules and then finished buildings. In his role, Grant uses Revit and other technical softwares to convert architecture and engineering drawings into shop drawings for each individual module constructed on the production floor. He is known for his ability to adapt to new projects and coding standards.
